My wife and I have recently bought a flat in SE3.
For whatever reason the front and rear gardens have not been maintained, pictures attached.
Initially I assume they will require:
Tree stump removed.
Front path and edging repaired.
Hedges / Trees trimmed.
Generally tidied up, weeding / lawn cut etc.
Removal of rubbish, a couple of BBQs, paving slabs, bins.
